Global Suppliers.

With many years’ experience of purchasing from suppliers around the globe, you can be assured that we will always offer the most competitive pricing for the materials used within your products. We work very closely with our suppliers and always make sure materials are purchased from approved, traceable sources. Our relationships with these suppliers are often able to assist with cost reduction projects by offering alternative materials where possible to reduce lead times and cost as well as reducing the risk of potential obsolescence due to availability issues.

Materials Supply.

Whilst for control purposes, we prefer to purchase the materials internally, there may be occasions that you would prefer to supply materials to us on a ‘Free Issue’ basis. This may be the result of an existing source, agreed pricing and buffer stocks.
 
We are happy to receive either full kits or part kits and our engineering teams will work with you on our preferred packaging requirements for our equipment. By supplying materials to us in the correct format minimises any unforeseen problems such as hand placements once an order is received and delivery promises made.

Stocking Arrangements.

We appreciate that it is sometimes difficult to predict demand for product, especially during peak periods within your product lifecycle, that is why we offer a range of policies to give you greater flexibility when ordering products:

• Make to Order - Full materials and supply, Free Issue or Part Free Issue
  
• Assemble to Order – For products where multiple variants are made using common materials and assemblies which are stored at our facilities.
  
• Call-Off orders - Kanban and min/max
  
• Scheduled Deliveries
  
• Consignment Stock
