Conventional PCB

Assembly

Hand Insertion.

Reeled, taped and loose components are prepared using our various component forming machines before being placed in position by hand. Using our Cropmatic machine, multiple leads of components can be cut to length in a short space of time in readiness to be flow soldered.

Flow Soldering.

Our flow solder machine is dual wave, this means we can place SMT components on the same side that conventional parts require soldering. This process enables us to save on the costs of hand soldering on a wide range of products.

After Flow Assembly.

Our highly trained assemblers inspect and carry out after flow assembly of items which are not able to be fitted and flow soldered. This can range from fitting cables, wires, large or odd form components as well as mechanical processes and assembly. Each process is carried out using the most up to date equipment and documentation which is uniquely written by our production engineers for your individual product.
